You should continue to use InfoPath technology.

Will there be a migration tool or process for the next generation of forms technology?

What will the new forms capabilities be in SharePoint, Access, and Word? When will they be available?

Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass es eine Forms-Technologie direkt in SharePoint geben wird – mehr wird es dann wohl auf der #SPC14 geben.
